Farah Chamas

Farah Chamas is Portfolio Business Development and Partnerships Lead at Alfanar Venture Philanthropy, where she drives business development and strategic partnerships across the social enterprise portfolio. With over 14 years of experience in entrepreneurship support and operations, Farah has designed and led incubation, acceleration, and investment-readiness programs across the MENA region. She specializes in operational strategy, grant and donor management, and cross-sector partnership development. Previously, she served as Operations Director at Nucleus Ventures and Head of Programs at MIT Enterprise Forum Pan Arab, leading multi-country startup programs and building sustainable program models. She began her career managing entrepreneurship initiatives at BADER and later led regional partnerships at Eureeca LTD. Farah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration (Management) from the American University of Beirut.
