Jan Habib

Jan Habib is Alfanar's Head of Finance, responsible for managing the central finance function, producing consolidated financial reports, managing financial risk, ensuring donor and statutory compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning across Alfanar. Jan holds a BA. in commerce (Accounting), a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance and Risk Management, and an MBA in Global Finance. He has over 15 years of experience across multiple sectors, including contracting with Orascom, banking with HSBC Bank Egypt, and international development through USAID-funded projects. He has strong expertise in donor reporting and cash flow management. Jan is passionate about building financial systems that are both compliant and practical, and is committed to advancing Alfanar's mission of creating sustainable social impact across the MENA region.
