She brings over 10 years of experience in economic empowerment and civic engagement, working with local and international NGOs across the region. Mushira holds a master’s degree in advocacy campaigning and has built extensive expertise in international development, human rights, and social change. Her work spans civic engagement, advocacy, and economic empowerment, where she applies a thoughtful, adaptive approach to designing solutions that respond to complex community needs.
