Ruba Abumraighi

Ruba Abumraighi serves as Alfanar's Portfolio Manager in Jordan, where she guides social enterprises in enhancing their social, environmental, and financial sustainability. With over seven years of experience in project management support, research, monitoring and evaluation and multi-sectoral programs, Ruba has a proven track record in advancing youth and education initiatives. She has previously held key roles at Plan International and War Child, where she supported project management and cultivated strategic partnerships. Currently pursuing a Master’s in E-Business, Ruba also holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. At Alfanar, she focuses on leveraging her expertise to drive impactful funding solutions and support entrepreneurs in overcoming regional challenges. Outside of work, Ruba enjoys exploring new technologies and participating in community development activities.
