Tamara AlQubaj

Tamara is a Programme Coordinator on the "Yalla Nodrus" project and Alfanar Venture Philanthropy’s Impact Investment Readiness Hub (IIRH), supporting the implementation of education and social impact initiatives across Palestine and the wider region. With more than five years of experience in project coordination and development, she has worked across educational, community-based, and donor-funded programs, contributing to program implementation, stakeholder engagement, reporting, procurement, compliance, and operational coordination. Prior to joining Alfanar Venture Philanthropy, Tamara worked with Amideast on scholarship, exchange, and community engagement programs, including initiatives implemented in partnership with the U.S. Embassy through American Spaces, and with the European Palestinian Credit Guarantee Foundation (EPCGF), supporting donor-funded technical assistance projects and compliance processes. Tamara holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Planning and Fundraising from the Arab American University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a minor in English Translation from Birzeit University.
