Yasmeen Alali

Yasmeen is a fundraising professional with over 7 years of experience across resource mobilisation, business development, strategic planning, and programme development in the humanitarian, development and social impact sectors. Throughout her career, she has worked across the Middle East and internationally, developing funding strategies, building strategic partnerships, cultivating donor relationships, and leading the development of compelling proposals for multi-country programmes. Her work has focused on advancing economic empowerment, gender equality, youth engagement, social justice and inclusive development. Yasmeen holds a Master’s degree in Civil and Architectural Engineering from Sweden. She brings a multidisciplinary perspective to her work, combining strategic thinking, analytical skills and development expertise. At Alfanar, Yasmeen leads fundraising, resource mobilisation and partnership development, supporting the organisation’s fundraising strategy and strengthening relationships with donors and partners across the region.
