Man Ahyaha
A School in Every Village
Man Ahyaha aims to provide educational opportunities to all children in Egypt. The social enterprise builds and runs high-quality primary community schools in rural areas where no schools or government exist, and trains and employs local members of the communities it operates in to serve as educators, facilitators and other school staff.
Achievements
Alfanar began supporting Man Ahyaha in 2023 to help the organisation improve its two community schools in Giza and to build and run a third school in Sohag. In parallel, Alfanar is helping Man Ahyaha to test, identify and grow a self-generating revenue stream within its current business plan to ensure long-term financial independence.
