Ablers tackles Jordan's critical disability employment gap, where working-age persons with disabilities (PwDs) are unemployed due to social stigma, inaccessible workplaces, and discriminatory hiring. Through Jordan's first fully accessible employment platform, Ablers provides employability skills training, skills-based matching, career coaching, and peer support for PwDs. For employers, they offer inclusion capacity-building, workplace accessibility audits, and policy development. Their social behavior change campaigns challenge stigma through media. To date, 80+ PwDs have been trained with several successfully employed, and 94% reported improved well-being. Ablers has established partnerships with plans to expand regionally and position as a hub for disability employment across the region.
