Bright Tomorrow for Child Protection

BTCP provides therapy and learning support to children with neurodevelopmental disorders, particularly autism, through a network of community-based centres. With Alfanar’s catalytic funding support, BTCP expanded from one to three centres in Alexandria, trained and employed 85 therapists, introduced a cross-subsidisation model, and achieved 86% cost recovery—making it a leading model for inclusive education and financial sustainability.
