Farm Jo tackles Jordan’s critical agricultural challenges, including dependency on middlemen, market disconnection, resource waste, and technological gaps. The platform links over 950 farmers directly with more than 95 traders, eliminating intermediaries. This boosts farmers’ incomes by up to 40% and lowers consumer costs, while reducing agricultural waste through efficient tracking, inventory management, and reliable delivery. Farmers also gain access to technology tools, such as production analytics, alongside training in sustainable practices. By creating over 200 gender-inclusive jobs and promoting climate-smart farming, Farm Jo not only strengthens rural economies but also enhances food security and reduces inequalities.
