Garbaliser is a Lebanese social enterprise tackling the issue of organic waste by collecting and composting food scraps into affordable fertiliser. Their solution helps reduce landfill waste and provides farmers with a low-cost alternative to chemical fertilisers. Garbaliser works with local municipalities and communities to promote simple waste separation and composting systems. Alfanar supported Garbaliser with seed funding and training to strengthen its business model and environmental impact.
