Building Resilience through Skills and Self-Reliance
The Khoyoot Initiative is a social enterprise committed to fostering the skills and livelihoods of women from refugee communities in Baqa’a, Jordan. Combining vocational training with capacity-building programs, Khoyoot enables women to challenge marginalisation and take on recognised, active roles. Through initiatives that build self-reliance and resilience, the program helps women break cycles of dependency, improve their quality of life, and achieve both immediate and sustainable economic outcomes.
