Mortben is a Lebanon-based sustainable kitchen that produces clean, ready-to-eat meals and meal plans packaged in reusable glass jars. Mortben combines locally sourced food production with employment opportunities for women in Lebanon. Through mouneh production, catering, and food preparation, the enterprise creates sustainable income while supporting local farmers and promoting high-quality local products. Mortben is receiving funding and tailored business support as part of our SEED cycle to strengthen its financial sustainability and expand its impact.
