My Craft, a branch of the Specialized Centre for Accessible Learning and Education (SCALE), tackles high youth unemployment in Lebanon’s Shouf District—particularly among people with disabilities (PWD) and school dropouts. Through its “Delights: Lite Bite” project, My Craft offers a 450-hour, nine-month certified culinary training program accredited by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE). The initiative is inclusive of youth with and without disabilities, and also offers vocational courses in additional sectors. Participants receive on-the-job support after training to help them enter the workforce.
