Dignity Through Access and Livelihood
Founded in 2019, this local social enterprise emerged in response to the urgent need for affordable menstrual hygiene products among women in marginalized areas of Northern Lebanon. The team rented a warehouse and set up two pad production machines using locally sourced materials to reduce costs and increase access. In parallel, they launched vocational training and cash-for-work programs—funded by international partners—to support women’s economic participation while addressing basic hygiene needs.
