SE Factory

SE Factory is a social enterprise dedicated to providing high-quality coding training to marginalised youth in Lebanon. Through intensive bootcamps and blended learning programmes, SE Factory equips young people with the digital skills needed to succeed in the tech industry. Since its inception, SE Factory has trained hundreds of young people, offering them the opportunity to break into the tech sector and secure sustainable employment.

Achievements

With Alfanar’s investment, SE Factory trained dozens of youth through its core bootcamps and reached an hundreds through its blended learning programme. Alfanar helped SE Factory develop a sustainable revenue model by supporting the design of the blended learning programme, which prepares youth for bootcamp entry. In partnership with the Lebanese International Finance Executives (LIFE), Alfanar also assisted in strengthening SE Factory's financial sustainability and expanding its reach to marginalised communities, including Lebanese refugees, through tailored coding programmes.
