Tri-Pulley

Flexible Jobs for Marginalized Communities & SMEs Support

Tri-Pulley tackles unemployment and inequality by creating temporary job opportunities for marginalized groups, including women and people with disabilities (PWD). It adapts roles to address challenges such as high commuting costs and limited access for women, offering flexible, localized work in sectors like education and home-based businesses. Participants engage in six-month placements that serve as stepping stones toward long-term employment and improved socio-economic conditions. Through mentorship, they gain skills, stronger CVs, and wider networks. Tri-Pulley also supports SMEs and social enterprises by providing mentored human resources, improving employee retention and business performance. This approach enhances job experience, purchasing power, and self-confidence—fostering social inclusion and long-term employability.
