Empowering underserved communities across Jbeil and Keserwan in Lebanon
Lebanese Social Responsibility (LSR) tackles the challenges faced by underserved communities in Jbeil and Keserwan through a comprehensive approach focused on Education, Protection, and Food Security & Agriculture. LSR empowers youth through learning and skill-building programs that promote inclusion and resilience, while addressing Gender-Based Violence (GBV) and Child Protection (CP) through psychosocial support and awareness initiatives. The organization also strengthens local food systems by supporting rural farmers and cooperatives. Through its social enterprise Turath, it produces and markets traditional mouneh, providing sustainable livelihoods for women and farmers.
