A story told by a character can teach what a textbook cannot.

Creative social enterprise Kaka Productions uses puppetry and storytelling to create educational and awareness content that is accessible, engaging, and easy for children to connect with.

Their original characters — including Hala and Hadi — feature across workshops, learning tools, and media content, helping institutions communicate with young audiences in more effective ways.

Kaka is now expanding into mental-health content for parents and developing new digital learning tools co-created with communities — work that has helped build strong demand for their creative approach.

Through the EU-funded programme From Innovation to Creation, implemented by SPARK and Alfanar, Kaka strengthened its business plan, introduced structured risk and planning tools, and sharpened its strategy to scale creative, culturally relevant educational content across dialects and languages.
