Michelle Mouracade

Michelle Mouracade is Alfanar's Head of Investor Relations, Impact & Operations. Mouracade has 26 years of experience in social entrepreneurship, impact investing, strategy and organisational consulting across several sectors in the MENA region, the US, Europe and across 7 locations in Asia Pacific. She is also a very passionate executive coach, certified at HEC in France. Mouracade’s experience covers a wide range of industries and functional expertise, from impact investing to banking and from business development to strategic reviews. Her desire to return to her homeland and make a more meaningful contribution to society brought her to Alfanar in 2016 where she held the position of Country Director for Lebanon for 6 years. During that time, she focused all her energy on growing our portfolio of social enterprises and extending our management support to a wider number of organisations by building relationships with ecosystem partners and donors. She also introduced our advisory services, impact connector events and market exploration trips. She is now working on launching the first regional impact investment fund in MENA to fill an important funding gap for social enterprises and businesses with impact.
